GINCO was incorporated in 1975 by Mr. Gheyath Mohammad Gheyath, Chairman of GINCO Group of Companies, who realized that he could only reach his objectives with well-educated and dynamic technical and managerial staff, sharing the common ideal. 

Today, GINCO has rapidly developed and mushroomed into a group of companies providing services in related areas like Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing operations, Carpentry and Joinery, Aluminum and IT Services. 

GINCO has firmly established itself in the construction sector as the main contractor. It has also been awarded the unlimited category within construction allowing the company to take on projects that can have any number of floors. The company has built up a major presence in the United Arab Emirates by working for top property developers in the region.
