<p> The Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation has been keen since its establishment on achieving satisfaction of its dealers by providing unified and distinguished services, This notion gave rise to the establishment of "TAD-BEER"​ Service Centers to create new channels for providing its dealers with a service supervised by the Ministry based on the highest standards of the quality as per the UAE program for Distinguished Government Service by means of establishing corporate partnerships with the private sector. </p> <p> There are dedicate centers to provide integrated services for dealers who desire to bring and employ domestic workers, starting from selection of the domestic workers, to printing Ministry electronic applications used for employment parties, Such centers provide additional services aimed at easing the process on dealers and raising their level of happiness. </p> <p> Our Vision: A labour market in the UAE that empowers Emiratis and attracts talent from around the world. </p> Our Mission: To regulate the labour market, through legislation, policy making, enforcement and partnerships, to promote the participation of UAE nationals in employment and attract and retain international talent.
