The Company commits to providing a full inventory sheet to the Renter, clean, pest free and insulated Storage Facility, CCTV security system in the Storage facility, and a fire alarm system linked to Dubai Civil Defense. The following items are strictly prohibited to be stored in the Storage Facility: food products, animals, flammable materials (including fuel and welding materials), caustic or solvent materials, compressed gases, explosives, environmentally harmful products, waste, dangerous goods, (including weapons), illegal substances, contraband or sharp or excessively heavy materials or any other goods that are hazardous or toxic, or that may form a risk to property or person. The Renter hereby irrevocably authorizes the Company to remove any item that violates this provision without notice and at the sole risk of the Renter.
