At Healing Feeling Spa, we take a holistic approach to treating our clients. We know that there are as many different types of bodies and mind as there are people and nobody is exactly like the other even if other similarities exist. Your body, mind, and soul are all interconnected and if the body is in pain, the mind and spirit react and vice versa.
A massage is an act of rubbing and kneading of muscles and joints of the body usually with hands to basically relieve tension or pain from your body. Even though massage techniques are commonly applied with hands, fingers, elbows, knees, forearms, or feet, many devices and items are also used for this purpose. To perform a message with the best results, only a professionally trained person can give massages. Traditionally, personals who perform massages are either known as a masseur (male) or a masseuse (female) but massage therapist is a normal business name given to them.
