IMEC was established along with ZPM in 1993. IMEC started its Business Process and Support Service related activities in 1999 to capitalize on the various needs of the financial sector by increasing productivity and efficiency in the U.A.E. & the Gulf.

IMEC has experienced remarkable growth since its establishment in 1993. It is today involved in Manpower Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing, IT and Software Solutions, and Trading. 
Today IMEC caters to a diverse client base which includes Banks, Insurance firms, Financial Institutions, Health care, Telecom, Retail, FM firms, Oil and Gas and other key industries in the middle east.

IMEC, ZPM and Ztech offices are located throughout the U.A.E. with offices in Twin Tower (Sharjah), Bank Street (Dubai) and Saif Zone (Sharjah Free Zone).
