Harris International is one of the few UAE’s Company offering integrated Environmentally Friendly Solutions (EFS). We are dedicated to providing cost effective service to our clients and also tailor each project or service contract to suit the client’s requirements. We have multi skilled technicians with vehicles on the road on a 24 hour standby notice basis. Unlike some of the other FM companies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we do not only do call outs to our contracted properties, but single call outs to non- contracted properties on an adhoc basis too. We have a philosophy that there is no job too big or too small, and all are handled with the same professional standards. The front office is staffed from 08:30 am to 17:30 pm Saturday through Thursday. All after hour calls are diverted to the “on duty” mobile number. The front office uses a computer aided FM system (CAFM). This system is designed to track jobs from start to completion. Jobs are categorized as Emergency (1h response),Urgent (4h response) and Non Urgent (24 hour response), depending on local traffic etc. Our business is focused on providing Environmentally Friendly Solutions (EFS) and products to every problem by bringing the highest standards of sustainability to your homes, offices, buildings, properties and communities. The goal is to maintain the safest and most productive work and living environment for employees, clients & families. We offer first class service across all disciplines within the facilities management spectrum. These include from major corporate head offices, right through to privately owned villas and apartments. For many of our clients we deliver total FM solutions that integrate seamlessly with their business requirements.
