Unlike traditional legacy development companies, we are completely site-neutral, we are not heavily invested in or promoting a specific piece of land. We start by working with occupiers to understand their commercial, locational and technical aspirations and explore how we can create value through relocation, consolidation and restructuring opportunities.
Our ‘Built to Suit’ business model is the first of its kind in our markets. Occupier-centric, the building plan is solely designed on the main requirements of the tenant’s business – including capital, location, headcount and legacy objectives. Since the process starts before construction does, clients have the advantage of exerting the most influence over the design of the building, whether through restructuring, relocation or consolidation. Site-neutral, this is the optimal solution, especially for markets dealing with scarce property resources.
